Nestled in beautiful Middlebury, Vermont, deep in the heart of New England, Otter Creek Brewing is a family-owned company that has been producing great craft ale beers for nearly two decades. Producing certified organic beer under the Wolaver’s brand name since 1998, they use natural Vermont water, their own top-fermenting yeast, and even a biodiesel mixture for all hot water and heating. Clearly after ten years of making certified organic brew, these guys know how to make a good natural drink.
Mild and creamy with a deep amber color, Wolaver’s Brown Ale is a soft beer, slightly malty with hints of cherry and black currant. Like to pair your beer with cheese? This one goes well with smoked gouda, camembert, or aged cheddar. Sounds like a good party pairing to us.
