Modifying or Cancelling Orders

If you have placed an order and need to modify or cancel it, please email us as soon as possible at .

If your order has not yet entered the packing process, we will do our best to accommodate the change or cancellation. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, we may no longer be able to modify the order.

Duplicate Orders

Fiddlehead Farm cannot be responsible for duplicate orders placed online. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout. If a duplicate order is placed, our standard return and refund guidelines will apply.

Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, Fiddlehead Farm, LLC ships within the United States only.

Orders are packed and shipped from our farm in Kentucky using USPS. Most orders arrive within 4–6 business days after shipment, though delivery times may vary depending on location.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order to ensure accuracy. We cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email as soon as possible. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested so we can properly resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of dried products, we generally cannot accept returns on opened herbal teas or dried herbs. If there is a problem with your order, please contact through our email within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with a brief description of the issue. We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Refund requests will not be considered more than 45 days after the original purchase date.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for reshipping the order. In these cases, we may issue a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost, provided the items are returned in acceptable condition.

Customers may then place a new order with the correct shipping information.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact through our email. We may request photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate the issue.

If damage during shipping is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
