Anise Hyssop makes any herbal tea taste naturally sweet. Brew our favorite cold herbal tea with citrusy Lemon Balm and Anise Hyssop:

2 Tablespoons of Lemon Balm

2 Tablespoons of Anise Hyssop

Add 4 cups of hot water and steep for 10-15 minutes.

Chill 8 hours

Lavender Lemonade

Good Lavender Lemonade has a good lavender syrup. We use our culinary lavender:

Lavender Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1.5 Tablespoon Lavender Buds
Dissolve sugar into water and then steep lavender buds for 15 minutes. Add a blueberry or blackberry for coloring. After syrup is at your desired strength, strain out buds and berry.

Lavender Lemonade:
5 cups of cold water (or cold lavender tea)
2 cups of lavender syrup
3/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Mix ingredients and add ice. Serve cold and enjoy!!

Good culinary lavender is delicious steeped solo......... lavender tease will change the way you drink the earth.

Lavender Tea s e:
1.5 cups of hot water
1 Tablespoon culinary lavender

Using your Fiddlehead Farm strainer, add lavender buds, pour hot water over and let steep for 10-15 minutes.

Excellent smooth lavender finish!!
