Culinary Lavender - Betty's Blue (1 BUNDLE)

Fresh from Fiddlehead Farm, our culinary lavender bundles are carefully harvested by hand and slowly dried to preserve their rich aroma and flavor. These premium dried bundles are perfect for teas, baking, syrups, cocktails, and culinary creations. We ship the bundles whole to give you the greatest flexibility in how you enjoy them — de-stem the buds fresh for cooking and tea making or keep the bundle intact as a beautiful lavender display in your favorite vase.

If you decide you are ready to cook and create delicious recipes, each bundle will produce approximately 6 to 8 Tablespoons (about 3 fl. oz.) of premium-grade culinary lavender. Most recipes do not require more than 2 Tablespoons; many use the measurement unit teaspoon.

To safely ship our lavender while protecting the delicate buds, we trim the stems shorter than traditional decorative bundles so they fit securely inside a 9" shipping box.
