Our premium dried bundles are perfect for teas, baking, syrups, cocktails, and culinary creations. We ship the bundles whole to give you the greatest flexibility in how you enjoy them — de-stem the buds fresh for cooking and tea making or keep the bundle intact as a beautiful lavender display in your favorite vase.

If you decide you are ready to cook and create delicious recipes, each bundle will produce approximately 6 to 8 Tablespoons (about 3 fl. oz.) of premium-grade culinary lavender. Most recipes do not require more than 2 Tablespoons; many use the measurement unit teaspoon.
